Irene Constantinou born in South Wales Cardiff started dancing from the age of 7, they called it disco dancing at the time travelling with her sisters and winning competitions until the age of 16.

At 24 years old she discovered Salsa, it turned into the love of her life and still is, dancing most nights, travelling for classes being taught by top teachers from Bristol to Bath, Birmingham, London, Coventry, Congress weekends and Salsa holidays.

In November 2003 Irene entered the Official Welsh Salsa Championships with her dance partner Joe Kyaw and won with flying colours.

After a teachers course she began teaching and performing. Irene has taught in many clubs and bars around Cardiff City centre also many places outside including Community Centres, Health Clubs, Pavilion in Porthcawl and many more.

As well as teaching, Irene organises Salsa events with the help of her friends and family bringing guest teachers to Cardiff. Events include snacks, lessons, shows and party fun!
